I placed order on 11/8, got email with tracking number, received item. Very pleased.
I placed another order on 11/14, no email about being being received or tracking number, credit card charged $39.60 On 11/14. I contact you. No response.
Called again today and got email about pissed customer which is disgusting . I will put in complaint to credit card company tomorrow if I dont here Sony about 2nd order.

I had a $10.00 coupon I received directly from IheartDogs and it was suppose to be good from 11.28.24 until 12.31.24. I used on my order and at last minute it told me coupon was invalid.
I checked my PayPal account and it did only charge the amount with coupon. Not sure what is going on .

Resolved the problem immediately
I received my order, #431****. The Santa on it is not attached, falling over with glue all around it.
I totally understand things happen, but how do I get a replacement? It's absolutely adorable, just broken.

The problem was the code for me to see the people feeding the dogs and feeding the dogs being given food and water was not packed in with my bracelet I ordered.so instead I received the link to see it.
I haven't received my package
They seen that item was missing and resent item immediately. Very apologetic on phone and curtious. I am happy!
Help with a purchase
Tried to purchase the animal 14 tree for $49.99 plus $6.50 shipping! At checkout the charge was $113???

I need to talk to someone on the phone and getting this run around us crazy. Never ordered was charged my credit card sent you a notice and I still received this stuff!!
