These guys are great!

From helping to choose the right materials for our home to the installers that showed up to our property. We absolutely love the outcome and the detail of work put together to our project. iGranite made our house a home that our family will enjoy for years to come.

GREAT Experience with iGranite

My countertops just arrived and I couldn't be more pleased! They are actually prettier than I remember.

The guys that came to cut and install did a fabulous job. From start to finish everyone was super easy to work with.

I was initially leery to use this company after some of the negative reviews and am SO HAPPY I made the choice to go with my gut.

Reasonably priced, great quality and more than I expected. I HIGHLY recommend iGranite, Houston!

Magazine worthy

iGranite - Magazine worthy

They took my kitchen from an out-dated much needed TLC to a magazine worthy kitchen truly amazed at the work that they have done. I will definitely keep referring them to family and friends.

The best part we dint have to wait weeks or months for our project to be completed.

The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about the products assisting us by letting us know the pros and cons about the different products they offer (granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and porcelain countertop slabs). We learned more in 45 minutes that we were at iGranite than the 3 weeks that we spend at other kitchen and bath or big box stores around town.

NOT a professional business or installation services!!

Poor place to buy & get granite installed. We had to have the granite replaced in one area twice, granite not leveled, seams uneven, bullnose edges done sloppy & uneven, Granite pieces put together at seems not matching the pattern of granite, the installer very rude and unhappy he had to come out to my home twice to do his sloppy installation.

Installer asking for additional money for installation while at my home. I Granite sales people always making excuses for installer screw ups. I Granite hired anyone to install the granite professional or not just to get my money!

NOT professional at all!! Would not recommend this place at ALL!!

Scam artiste

I granite is a group of people whom taking advantage of American customers ,cheat , Lie , rube them. I read a lot of Reviews and I felt the same way.

These people are rude, obnoxious, totally unprofessional. They even don't know how to measure and cut the granites. They buy worst grade of granite from third world countries that is junk material and advertise in Craigslist for a cheap price and when you go to buy them they change the price on you. I had to call Police officer to kick them out of my house when my granite was getting installed and I notice a huge gap between the granite and walls. The owner even thread me to come and take the granite and not paying my money back.

I end up to court with them.

Do not buy anything from these *** artist group . You be sorry.

Igranite is the worst

Where do I start, i should of known to begin with not to do business with these people, because I had to call THEM several times regarding a quote. They gave me a quote that I was happy with, this was during the week, so I told them I would come up that Saturday to meet them and look at granite.

Met up that Saturday, Picked out granite, back splash and sink.. gave a DEPOSIT .. scheduled for them to come out the Following Thursday at 4:30 for final measurements for installation that Saturday.

That Thursday came, and I called them at 4pm to confirm our measuring appointment and they told me I was not down for measurement or installation, Apparently we were not "Put in the Calendar". Talked to Hector the manager and he could have cared less about my frustration, I asked about a refund and was told that there would be a 25% restocking fee?? Restocking fee for what?? They haven't even measured??

After that we agreed to have the measurements done the Following Tuesday at 5-5:30 for installation on Wednesday, guy didn't show up until after 7 ( I had to miss my evening class waiting)

Measurements went well, WEDNESDAY came around (day of installation) was suppose to be there between 930-****, no call so I CALLED them, told me will be there between 1130-**** ... UM OK!! that time came around, NO INSTALLER, I had to call them for them to tell me that the Installers Truck had broke down ... will be there between 3-330. ( MIND YOU I WORK FULL TIME AND HAD TO TAKE MY LAST DAY OF VACATION TO STAY HOME FOR INSTALLATION)

Ok 330 came, my phone rang, WAS told " Cant find the installer, we don't know where he is at, we can be there tomorrow morning and offer you a discount", You can imaging my disappointment and rage by now. I declined because I have no more days of vacation left for 2015 and would probably be JERKED around AGAIN for that new day.

I told them NO, I want my money back with out the 25% restocking fee! They agreed, told me they would issue a check and mail it out "Tomorrow", me being mad as *** said "NO I'm on my way now to pick it up"

Went to Igranite to pick up check, Not ONE I'm Sorry for any inconvenience NADA!!! Basically spoke less than 5 words to me, gave me my check and I went on my way.

This experience could of gone a whole different way if they had more empathy and respect for their customer.

There is my review, I hope in the future they treat their customers better than they did me.
