Faulty products and no help from support in 8 days

I purchased 2 portable battery chargers made by the iGo company in June 2013. The product has a 2 year warranty and both of the iGo charge anywhere units are not functioning properly. I have submitted multiple support emails and none have been answered. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. They have a dial by name directory but when you spell any name listed as company heads, vps, directors, etc it is always not recognized. They have not responded to voice mails and they have yet to do any thing when I resubmit the support complaints and questions. They seem to not be willing to do anything about the faulty products and do not care
