Ripped Off
- - We bought WooCommerce Wholesale Pro Suite from ignitewoo.com.
- - Refund of $229 was agreed but not received; the developer is unresponsive.
My Company purchased a Wordpress plugin (WooCommerce Wholesale Pro Suite) from https://ignitewoo.com.
After more than a month of back and forth, the developer (Mark) was unable too (or did not even bother) to address/resolve the issues we reported to him via his website.
We requested a refund, to which he agreed. We removed his software from our website (and confirmed in writing).
To date, we have still not received a refund.
He is not responding to any queries with regards to a refund of $229.00.
