Iglu has been contacted many times Their service is bvery bad they do you even reply to any emails which we have sent I would not use Iglu cruise again to book my future holidaysthey Need to they neeed to chznge their service

Hour and hours trying to talk to someone on the phone passed from pillor to post. Absolute rubbish

Wait an hour on the phone get it answered then passed on to another area that doesnt answer the phone 3 times for Christ sake I wanted to book a cruise is this the sales prevention department. Ill try Marella at least they answer the phone

I am so fed up phoneing 3 hours I was on the phone to them and even picked up

I have phoned for three days on the phone for three hours number 50 in the queue Ive got down to 3 and they cut me off and I have been on the phone in all for 9 1/2 hours and still never got through this is very frustrating as I am not well person with disabilities and I can really really do without this this is so stressful I am putting this in my local paper not go on igloo cruises

I have been trying to contact iglu for 5 days about future cruise credit but it’s impossible to get to speak to anyone from this company

I had to cancel my holiday on the 5/06/22 and rebooked for the 17/06/22 royal Caribbean emailed me to say I had future cruise credit and they had informed iglu about it all am trying to do is find out about it tasmin gladwell emailed me about it a emailed her back and have heard nothing since trying to get information from their company is impossible
