Account hijacked. I have reported it and my contacts have reported it to no avail. It's still there being used in my name

Someone hijacked my account. I have no control over it and they are harassing my contacts. For months I have been reporting the page and so have my contacts and IG has done nothing. Now I'm getting harassing phone calls from them
