Extremely poor customer service

first management unavailable, second agents not trained can only read script, three refuses to send letter and/or email regarding conversation and disposition of account that both parties agreed to. four harassment five when manager is supposed to call back does not happen. six agent does not listen well wants to stay on script seven call centers do not utilize same database from Tempe, Az to east coast. If I would have known I would have not chosen this lender IFREEDOM DIRECT. This is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing, enduring, and surviving. I want to just have them disappear, go out of business or just die. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, HARDHEADED.
