Broken Luggage

My luggage the small and large are broken and i keep sending pictures of my broken luggage and nothing has happen I keep getting told no when the fabric around the zipper is completely torn off I can barley zip my luggage because it torn badly and the inside fabric is torn, my small luggage the wheel part is broken off and i still got a no it's not covered I'm. So confused i cant even use my luggage is only been 2 years and this is crazy to have a warranty ans they won't honor it, makes me never want to buy the luggage brand again or recommend to people

Suitcase going to landfill because of a lost wheel

I lost a wheel which could easily be fixed but Walmart doesn't cover this under their warranty nor can you even buy parts. Want to know why our landfills are filling up needlessly?

Seam is coming apart. I contacted customer support and they refused to cover it, saying it was mishandled.
Ummm, it's a suitcase, so it's going to get used. I asked if I should wait until it comes completely apart and is in two pieces.
Their response was that they would not cover it in two pieces. The warranty is about as good as toilet paper.

Would not honor warrenty for broken handle from regular use

Feeling Cheated
- - Bought a luggage set at Sam's Club two years ago.
- - The replacement carry-on broke; warranty says it was already honored and will not be honored.
Purchased a luggage set about two years ago at Sams Club. The carry on bag was damaged and you honored your 20 yr warranty by sending a replacement carryon.
All Good.
Several months later the replacement carry on broke. Filed for a warranty replacement like the first time but included the white tag info and pictures of the carryon.
The warranty team is saying the warranty was already honored and will not be honored again. Why?
Would not the 20yr warranty continue with the replacement carryon?
The warranty is a big reason I purchased the luggage. Without the warranty it's just another piece of luggage.
Please honor your warranty.

Their warranty isn't real

I have my original purchase receipt from 3 years ago, I sent in everything they asked for and they still denied my claim saying that it "wasn't covered " even though the pictures clearly show it was a tear due to the craftsmanship... not misuse or mishandling. This is some *** They never planned on honoring the warranty in the first place.
