Whenever there was a problem i had to pay huge amount for the machine to work, so on 25/07/2016 i had taken AMC for the period from 25/07/2016 to 24/07/2017. On 11/08/2016 I made a complaint for service and registered complaint number is 110316****. Customer care will be attended within 24 hours, but none came for service next day. I contacted toll free number and local number on 13/08/ 2016. Mr. Jagapati (98487****) and told door lock is not working and since it is under AMC we need to pay Rs.120 for outer lock and left saying will come back with the part. Customer care number (0403900****) intimated me that the complaint is cancelled again registered complaint number is 110324****. 15 days are over registering the complaint and still no response from them. Not even a phone call stating how is the problem?????? I never knew ifb has such a bad service back up. And they dont care what ever happens. I am not understanding if they cant give proper service to the customer then whats the point on taking AMC ??????? Arrogant IFB customer service technicians in attingal Trivandrum kerala

Hi, I have a very bad experience from IFB service technicians / Excecutives in Attingal Trivandrum Kerala. I purchased IFB WM ELENA DIx from Jaya Agencies Attingal Trivandrum.(0470- 262****, 262****). As the JAYA agency promised a demo withing 48 hours. I've been waiting for an executive/ technician, but in vain. I called up the executive/ technician Mr. Anoop(999575****) and got a very bad responds and attitude from him, and the call then escalated to three different persons. 1. Ajith 0470 326****. Sreejith, 0934930****, 938836****. I think they are not properly trained to attend customer calls or they are in wrong place. Finally they gave me two more numbers when i asked the Trivandrum IFB area manager contact details. 1)Sreejith 934930****, 2)Anil kumar 934925****. As of today no responds. Attingal / Trivandrum IFB technicians attitude is very bad and arrogant and they are good at escalating calls. All I got is 10 more contact numbers!! Where can i get zonal officers contact details or any one who is responsible for these irresponsible IFB technicians / Executives in Attingal,Trivandrum Kerala?? Kumar.
