I contacted IERNA for cleaning my AC but also to check it because AC was not working properly. Ex. Thermostat inside the house temp. was not reaching set temp. 75 set and 85 Inside the house. So the person who gave me the app. was very nice. The tech that cleaned my AC on 7/31 was Carlos Lopez. He is awesome! He cleaned the AC and did trouble shooting to find out why my AC was not cooling and compressor not working correctly, he did all he could. Then, he told me that I needed to have another tech to check the AC because it may be a board, relay or wire issue. So he contacted Ray Perez and recommended him as one of the best to fix my AC. Carlos called Ray and he came on Saturday 8/01. Ray came to my house and checked the thermostat and looked the ac unit in the garage quikly. I tried to explain Ray what Carlos did but Ray was not listening. He was in rush and told me that the unit needed an appt. of 4 to 6 hours to fix and app. nedded to be in the morning. Then he told me that I called for cleaning when I needed to call a tech, thats why they sent Carlos, he only do cleaning HE IS NOT A TECH. Then I asked when they can fix the AC and Ray told me to better contact the company who installed the AC because IERNA Techs do not have training to repair GE ACs. He also said that if I have a Ford I go to a Ford dealer to fix it and don't go to a Toyota dealer because they can't fix my car. He also said that there is no guarantee that IERNA Techs will be able to fix my AC because they only work with Bryant units. Ray was in my house for less than 10 minutes and said he has to go because was the only tech available and has other things to do. Very disappointed with his service. I was hoping to be IERNA customer, I even signed for the One Year Plan but decided to cancel based on the service received from Ray, he changed my mine. He basically told me IERNA TEchs only repair Bryant ACs, Carlos is not a Tech just a cleening guy so get another AC company for service. I was very satisfied with Carlos' service but very disappointed with Ray's service. Holiday Florida

My package air conditioner was purchased in June 2010 the evaporator coil failed and was replaced the first time in October 2011 its failed for the second time February 24th 2015 and the service department alluded to the fact that I would be given special consideration for the labor charges and replacing this coil for the second time but they have removed on that and they will not give any consideration for those charges for the contractor I think this is very unfair and I am been without an air conditioner since February 23rd my name is betty williams I live in Oldsmar Florida my phone number area code 727 271 **** and I've sent in a complaint online I've also spoken to Troy at the Arkansas center and I am just getting a run around
