WTF is going on in SF?
- - Difficult to get diabetes and hearing-loss accommodations for IELTS.
- - Phone system problems: voicemail full and calls not answered; reply blamed you.
They pretended I never sent them the message
I was instructed to contact the closest IELTS testing department. They sabotaged their own phone system.
They filled up their own voicemail box, and do not take calls curing business hours.
I emailed them.
After an entire week, they finally replied, but said YOU were the ones who made those accommodations, not the testing center where the accusations are supposed to actually happen.
I CANNOT take a test I might pas out during and i cannot pass a hearing section WHEN I CANNOT HEAR.
WHAT DO I DO? They said YOU controlled all of this, including sign up and accommodations, you said they were supposed to handle.
