Verified ReviewerResolved: TRF went to some other address
- - No IELTS TRF received after the March 22 exam.
- - Mail went to a Vancouver address.
- - Tried to buy a $30 TRF; checkout shows invalid address.
I haven't received my TRF for more than a month now, I am so frustrated by the stupid service you guys have. First of all your site is so trash that even after entering my address of timmins ontario, it registered my address under some location in Vancouver.
So someone gave me a reply that as soon as they get that TRF back from Canada Post they will provide me with one. After that there is no reply from any of your employees. I am unable to work now for more than 2 weeks because my completion letter has arrived but my TRF is missing thanks to you guys and your excellent service.
So just because I could get TRF somehow I went to the link you provided where I can pay 30$ to get another TRF, over there at the checkout page after entering everything correctly the page give an error that the postal code or address is invalid where as in no other site ever give me such error. So please its a sincere request to stop conducting ielts exams as you guys are not even capable of running a site error free and on top of that you guys don't even care about the issue your students.
Recently I mailed the ilac ielts Institute, they confirmed that the mail has been mailed to some stupid address at Vancouver which I don't even know how they got in their system, and now when I am trying to mail the Institute they are taking 3 days to respond.
They told me that they will mail me the trf once they get it back from the Vancouver address from that Canada Post which I don't even know why its taking so long. So now just to get the trf before time I tried to buy a new trf for 30$ from their site, over there on that site when I want to do the checkout by entering the address, that stupid site gives me an error that the postal code or the address that I am entering is invalid where as in its exactly *** where I live and no other site has ever gotten any problem.
