Discrimination, judging an individual by its cover and retaliation because a customer is a friend of friend or who knows who is unacceptable. Providing unprofessional service to our community or public in general should be reported to BBB. We should be team players. Helping our community.
Speaking with respect and courtesy is a must. These people come to you for assistance. Employees are not focused. They take their job to another level.
As a former employee of Labor Law I strongly recommend providing a crash course of the expectations that are required considering the involvement with the public. I referred a couple of co workers here from our of state. I'm embarrassed to hear service provided was a negative. Overlooking paperwork, spending time to show a property that has already been listed.

Moved out Oct 19th.. Left apartment in perfect condition, cleaner than what it was when we moved in.
Turned in keys and they said everything looked good. Since october ive called over and over for my deposit back.. Got corporates number and have been ignored. They are keeping my money that is rightfully mine.
I contacted dept of consumer affairs who directed me on how to legally go about this matter because by law landlords have a certain amount of time to refund a deposit before they can be required to return deposit and pay extra for the inconvenience.
Ive never dealt with a company that played games like this. Ive even showed up to their office and they all act clueless and run you around in circles
