I am South African and I am trying to sign a very important document, but your system keeps giving me an error. I have gone through the steps 20 times and it still isn't accepting my passport.
This is a paid service that companies pay for, and it is used for very important and time-sensitive documents.
The service and trying to get hold of this company is horrendous. Do not ever pay for their services.
