Negligent criminals that do not care about my dog’s health and quality of life.

Preferred solution
They need to assure me that the retest will go smoothly. No delays or issues. They need to tell me exactly how this happened and tell me how it will not happen to someone else.

IDEXX Laboratories
We had blood drawn for a Relaxin test for our dog. It takes 10 minutes to run the test and get results.
IDEXX said they'd have the results the next day. It's the next day--now they say it's going to be 2-4 days for a result.
They are terrible. We will have to find a vet who uses a different lab.
