Never received my LED mask
This is a scam. I ordered the mask on 4/24/20.
It is 5/29/2020 and I still have not received. Their customer service claims that it takes 15-20 business days to arrive. I checked the tracking number they provided me and it hasnt been updated since 5/6/2020. It just says it cleared customs in Los Angeles.
When I spoke to their customer service, all they did is give me the same tracking number information I already knew and told them I knew. And said, itll take 15-20 business days. On our end it says it is in transit. They wouldnt entertain the idea that it may have been stolen or were they the least bit concerned about the fact the tracking hasnt been updated.
Do not trust. I would purchase a different LED mask. Cheaper doesnt always mean that you are getting a good deal. Invest in a different LED mask.
This company isnt worth the trouble. Look at trust pilot for similar reviews.

CROOKS
They have stolen an item that I returned by accident to the wrong company. I bought the dermalight from a company who had no return shipping address on the box at all when I looked up the product I found this company and sent my product back to them by mistake with tracking information.
They responded with they are writing a report and we'll send back my product but have not and it's been 2 months. So this company has actually stolen my product that I bought elsewhere which is the same product that they sell.
