I'm trying to have Identity theft Auto on me and you're using a computer which I have no computer I'm on my phone so someone needs to lock up the Chrome or whatever that is that I'm not using but they
- - They are remotely controlling my device via my phone.
- - They booked a flight using my identity and credit card, and stole my information.
They're only computer right now driving it to my phone so that's why I just sound different but I have no computer I'm using my cell phone but they booked a flight to trivago Charles rooms 1962 with my identity stuff they got credit card they stole everything
User's recommendation: Be careful of family and friends they the first hour that will beat you
Their customer service is terrible
- - Customer service refused help with identity theft restoration, a specialist, or reasonable accommodations after multiple calls.
They have the worst customer service they have the worst fraud department the worst restoration specialist they won’t even give me a restoration specialist that will help me they won’t even accommodate me
I called their customer service and ask and speak to a restoration specialist and help me with my identity theft but they refused to accommodate me they wont help me I called multiple times and they refused to get me to a specialist they wont write me a letter on my behalf and refusing to give me a reasonable accommodationsTheyre discriminating against me you wont help me
- I like the vpn
- Customer service
Preferred solution: And they need a better management and they need to know how to resolve resolve identity theft issues the not to leave it on the client tell them tell them to resolve it there ourselves restoration department is horrible and they won’t help me
User's recommendation: Well identity force has the worst customer service they don’t help you with their fraud
Cancel my membership
- - Profile name order is fixed to first name then last name.
- - HK area code is limited; only North America is listed; Chrome/Edge guidance given.
Problems in registering my profile correctly.
My last name and first name somehow interchanged due to the system which recognises only one standard order- first name , then last name.
I am based in Hong Kong and as a general rule, last name comes first.
Unable to register my phone number on the App due to impossibility of choosing area code of Hong Kong. Only area code in North America is in the list.
I was told by the customer service the reasons why this has happened: I need to use chrome and Microsoft edge.
I bought this package via Mackeeper and did not expect that I had to use Microsoft edge.
And I never use chrome.
Advanced calling and it came though, hung up
- - Debbie Mendez identified her name and location, then hung up.
- - The call woke sick people during a difficult time and was described as spiteful.
I have advanced screening, someone must say their name and where they are calling from to get through .. she did that, then immediately hung up, after it woke everyone who is sick.
Only said her name, Debbie Mendez. So it rang one time, then her voice name and she had already hung up, making people who are sick wake up suiting this difficult time, I had to research the phone number.
Fine if she wanted to actually call and follow through. It was a spiteful call.
User's recommendation: Never would I use this company after today.
