Abject failure to perform for our family. I can best protect my family by vigilance and contact with my creditors. Identity Guard failure was considering my credit card companies notifications were spam, verbatim by card of identity guard. Cancelled immediately. Never again. Failure times three.

I received some identity protection service for free because of a breach. I received an alert regarding an account being opened in my name. I couldnt log into their system for nothing. I had tried previously and just didnt want to fight log ins and then I got locked out completely. I wrote the company and told them the difficulty, I received a phone call from Susan she personally handled the log in problem; giving me clear and unhurried directions, it took maybe a minute or two. She then told me about the alert to an open account. I explained I didnt open an account. So, she then said I will call the company now and take care of it. WOW quick, clear, informative, handled everything, everything!!! I have never had a company do their job so well. I am proud to say when this free year is over this is the company I will pay for.
