Once they moved me, they had incorrect information on my account. Their cybersecurity and data protection is deficient. I also believe my CC data was compromised within their system. I listed a credit card in Identity Guard that I seldom use and was not using when it was used for fraudulent charges.
How? Probably by someone getting into Identity Guard database during this transfer.

I received some identity protection service for free because of a breach. I received an alert regarding an account being opened in my name.
I couldnt log into their system for nothing. I had tried previously and just didnt want to fight log ins and then I got locked out completely. I wrote the company and told them the difficulty, I received a phone call from Susan she personally handled the log in problem; giving me clear and unhurried directions, it took maybe a minute or two. She then told me about the alert to an open account.
I explained I didnt open an account. So, she then said I will call the company now and take care of it. WOW quick, clear, informative, handled everything, everything!!!
I have never had a company do their job so well. I am proud to say when this free year is over this is the company I will pay for.
