Don't count on Identibase to protect your beloved pets, take this heart-aching lesson from me with 9+ years of premium account history with Identibase - only for them to confirm that a change of keepership can indeed be done by even a thief upon contact with a "pet professional" despite explicit objection & that being a breach of RCVS neutrality guidelines, not even verdict passed in a court of law or police report can stop such stealing of keepership as officially confirmed by Identibase citing their statutory duty!
