I tried to contact this company about a nonfunctional LED lamp by Ideaworks and all I can get is another website of "experts" that don't even know how to read!

User's recommendation: Don't buy these products because you will never get real customer service.

Broke volt input when cord plugged in, Brand new out of box

Plugged in 120-5 volt cord into back of unit that was brand new out of box, socket fell out of unit inside of unit. Small socket came loose from printed circuit board when disassembled to try to repair. D size and AAA size batteries don't stay in holder clips securely and pop out of slots easily, Electrical connections very weak. Slight vibration causes batteries to pop out of unit and connector clips do not hold batteries securely. I contacted home office to see if in warranty, They advised to contact place where I received unit and I told them it was a gift and did not know where it was purchased. I found out and it was replaced a week later after being told to throw old one away.
