Unhappy experiences.

Really unhappy with this location. (Brookfield, WI)After I paid big bucks, it took forever to get me in for a treatment.

During the first treatment the machine failed 2 times. I told the nurse something was hot and burning and she repostioned it and blew me off. The 2nd time, she told me the machine failed and I would have to come back. When I came back the machine worked for one treatment and failed again with deep burning pain.

I was able to schedule a few weeks later and was treated. Overall, the 2 nurses were not very friendly. I am a RN so I know what that should like like. The treatment on one leg show small results: the band was so tight it was painful.

The other leg showed no result: it was placed loosely. When I went in today, they said they had left me a message that the nurse was not working and I needed. to reschedule. I looked and I had no missed call or voicemail.

For so much money I would expect so much more. I'm trying a different location since I am still stuck for the membership and treatment.

Laser treatments didn’t work

After spending $10-$12,000 on hair treatment removal and numerous years with the lifetime so-called membership for only $150. Not only it went up in price to almost double. There is no appointments to keep the hair somewhat off please somebody contact me, it seems like the Burlington in North Andover store are overworked and very disgruntled and do not wanna accommodate my appointments. They are totally turning me down on booking an appointment. I would never recommend Ideal Image.

Fraud and Scam

Ideal image is the worst company. Be aware they are experts in stealing your money.

Their consultation is a scam, they tell you that you need a treatment even though you dont. After they get your money they tell you that you don't need the treatment and your money is gone to their bank account. They don't have any refunds because they claim it is in your signed contract. I asked for my signed contract to be sent to me but they don't want to.

I tried to call for 100 times but when they see my phone number they don't pick up the phone. I feel so sorry for people that they spent their savings to fixing their body but in return their money was stolen by a professional thief (Ideal Image).

Waiting for skin cream refund

Ideal Image - Waiting for skin cream refund
I havent heard anything yet, but they probably need a couple more days to receive it back from fed ex; at least they refunded most of the $4,200, less the skin cream return. I highly doubt I would have got that refund, had I not acted within the first few days. They sent me a second contract to sign for an additional 3,900 that they did not tell me about for this permanent fat removal from my abdomen, so its total cost would have been much more than disclosed!

DO NOT GO HERE!!

Update: I did get to finally talk to the case manager (almost 3 weeks after initially calling), but she refused to refund the order. She would however reduce the # of units.

She flat out refused to refund all my $ and still has not refunded the skin care, even though I have never received any skin care and cancelled the order.

I was talked in to signing up for 120 units of Botox. After my conversation, I decided I will not be needing this much Botox. I don't need this much because I am an active 35 year old woman . I mainly wanted Botox for preventative measures.

So, I called back and asked if I could reduce the # of units.

I was told no one could help me because that's considered a case and someone has to approve it and they will "call me back in 7-10 business days.".

First, the contract has 30 days before you are able to change or cancel. It has so far been 14 days!! 14 days and I have not heard a word from anyone. So, I called back today and said "I'm tired of being told 7-10 business days, this is the worst customer service.

There has to be someone I can talk to.". The rep's response: "the person who deals with that has left the office for the day. All I can do is put in a case and they can call you in 7-10 business days.". I told them I have had enough, I want to cancel the entire contract now.

Rep's response: "well, I will put in a case and she will be in on Monday (it will be 16 days on Monday). And she will get back to you in 7-10 business days "

Do not go here. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! They take your $ in a heartbeat, but no one is available if you need a refund!!

Update: Called back today and yet again they told me no one could help me. It's 9:48am. I was told if I called before 6pm, I could have someone cancel my contract. I was on hold for over 15 minutes and then told "the case manager will get back to you.

Your request to cancel is still in review." I have not used any services by these people. It has been less than 30 days . It literally says on the site that you can cancel with full refund if less than 30 days!! I am starting to get really ticked off!!!

Update #2: the woman said they would call me back today.

They did not. And since the people leave at 6, I called before 6 and asked about a refund and cancellation again. I was then told "we are not cancelling your package, because the person who is on your case is on vacation." . No one else in the office is willing to just cancel or refund.

And again, I was told I will be called back .. now apparently I have to wait till the woman gets back from her vacation.

This is literally the worst company ever

18 MONTHS AND NO RESPONSE

IGNORED - LIED TOO - GHOSTED

I am at my wit's end with this company. After 18 months of emailing the lady to who sold me my Cool Sculpting Package, to this corporation Customer Service lying to me about their service...SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I paid in full for 20 sessions up front because I was a believer that this would work.

I was going to the gym every day and worked with a nutritionist for my health. I even did 2 months of research about this before committing to this because I wanted to work hard on my body and try to change it myself.

However, times were tough and I went for it. I did the cool sculpting on my thighs and tummy, but 4 months later... I developed terrible dark spots on my skin.

Even worse, my nerves are now completely numb, and have no feeling oinmy inner thighs + more fat in these areas.

I signed a contract with Ideal Image that if this does not work, they pay for Liposuction in the areas they treated. Well... imagine my SHOCK...I try to show them my photos and get in touch with these clinics, the nurses, the woman who sold me this package... and they would NOT ANSWER ME.

Completely ghosted and have been at it for over a YEAR!!!

I am now at my wits end and my money is just sitting there because I refuse to come back to this establishment. I am demanding that I get the remaining money back because I will never come back to IDEAL IMAGE.

Greetings! Last year I purchased cool sculpting treatments for myself and my brother totaling $7,404.12.

Based on the reasons below I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $7,404.12.

On November 10, 2021, an Ideal Image consultant, Kristine Samvelian, contacted me via Zoom regarding an inquiry I made about cool sculpting. Ms. Samvelian stated that cool sculpting was FDA approved to remove inches of fat off my body and some fat off the chin area of my brother. I purchased 2 treatments for my brother and 10 treatments for myself.

After completion of these treatments and the passing of time (one year), I am highly disturbed that I have seen absolutely no progress or results. In fact, the evidence is to the contrary. I have gained weight and gained fat, which Im completely baffled by since Ms. Samvelian stated that these FDA approved procedures would guarantee fat removal forever.

Pursuant to Michigans Consumer Protection Act (M.C.L 445.309 et.

seq.), I am alleging that Ideal Image, through its representative, Kristine Samvelian, engaged in unfair and deceptive acts when Ms. Samvelian guaranteed that my Brother and I would receive some results. Weve received nothing. I am alleging that this is a breach of contract and a violation of the Consumer Protection Act.

As a result of the gross discrepancies between the oral representations of the promised benefits and the actual non-existent benefits, I am requesting a complete refund in the amount of $7,404.12. I would like this to be processed within the next 30 days.

The most terrible customer service tactics ever!

I had an appointment on 11/11 and called that morning to confirm and inform that I was stuck up the street in traffic and that ETA was 7 minutes late, the national line customer service representative informed me it was all ok, that a note was being placed in the system of my 7-minute delay and not to worry since all appointments are kept up to 15 minutes late.

Upon arriving at the location, I was rather rudely told that the rep on the phone should have not given me that info due to my appointment having been cancelled 2 days prior! I asked why and I was told that the appointment had not been confirmed and automatically cancelled.

I explained that I had not received a text and that since my last consultation at this location (yes, I was a previous client) my email had changed and perhaps not updated since I did not receive any communication regarding the appointment or cancellation. Once again, the cancellation was reiterated, and I asked "are you telling me to leave, after traveling over half an hour for this?" and the desk attendee said "yes - it has to be rebooked". Not once did she apologize for the situation, express any disappointment on how the miscommunication occurred - absolutely no customer care at all.

I contacted their national number since one can not contact the local establishment and when I asked to speak with a customer service manager to share what had just happened I was placed on hold for 18 minutes until I finally hung up. These people are arrogant, have no customer service skills and are just in for the money.

Feel scammed and want a refund

I got the package in September 20 21 I am a nurse I work overnights they convinced me to go out a whole package made me open up a Fortiva Ideal credit card I did a $550 down payment and then I got a call from one of them saying hi need to charge my account in order to get a treatment I was originally told that I would only pay for per treatment she charge the whole thing $3500. I still have not gotten one treatment I do not want one Ive been trying to cancel and get a refund sense December or November I got a weird email from someone from corporate I tried to email them back it was unresponsive .

Then I got connected to Nori case contract manager for them I missed her call maybe once Ive told him I work overnights and then Ill continue to email for months and for three months I got automatic reply saying they are not in the office mind you I have to pay $200 every month to pay off the credit card loan through Fortiva through IdealImage for services that I have not rendered . Ive been passed around from corporate to the clinical coordinator to the district manager to corporate managers Ive had multiple emails from different people and they are trying to say that I do not answer my calls and I hang up they dont leave voicemails they do not respond to me when I called them they act annoyed hi call them every single week now almost every single day trying to get in contact with this new person Kinsley Decker and IAM just being pushed off saying shes a meeting shell call me at one 1:30 they all know me on the phone I just got off with them today they said the same exact thing shes in a meeting. Then I had one of my family members try to contact him and deal with that for me because I work full-time overnights and my schedule is not working for them so I utilized the help with someone else I do not have the money for this I am going financially broke because of this and they are doing absolutely nothing to make this process any better or easier for me in the beginning they were nonstop Call Me and try to get me into a consultation and add all these add-ons I didnt even want the full package that I had Donely reason I originally got it is because the lady told me that I would get a cheaper deal and that I did not need to pay for everything that was on the package I only had to pay per service they would only charge that credit card per service that I got I have not received any services not one and my entire account is charged I contacted the credit card company and they said that they are not allowed to delay payments or anything until they get proof from Ideal image. This has been the most unsettling stressful thing that I have dealt with in a while especially during these extremely hard times as being a healthcare worker dealing with copious amounts of health issues within my workplace already my mental status is not OK and now they are beginning to be a burden on my financial well-being as well they act like that I am annoying that I am of someone who is asking for some thing they shouldnt be asking for but I cannot and will not do this I dont even want the services anymore if this is how they act mind you Donely reason when they planned out my entire treatment plan week for a week or every two weeks or something you read the warnings and I didnt meet any of the requirements I was exposed to Covid every single time I was up all night working I had to express express strenuous physical labor I do not have time off so even if I did have all those appointments originally I canceled all of them way before the time frame mind you theyre the one who just set it up for me I want a total refund of $4560 this is absolutely ridiculous I have never ever ever felt so scammed by what I thought was a real legitimate company.

I cannot even believe they treat healthcare workers like this I cant even believe or fathom how they must treat other people this is a Ponzi scheme they scam you into it and they win you over with all their words and everything and try to say you cant get a refund or something like that I havent rented any services not one thing I have not even stepped in that building I had a consultation with some girl who Ive never met it was just a zoom call and she totally just told me because she totally got my vibe and I fell for the trap but why would someone have to pay for services they have not gotten and I have been trying for months to get this issue resolved spending so much of my own personal time and having to get other people involved when they cant even give me the time of day but I could probably call right now to schedule an appointment and they would do it in a heartbeat I have been passed around through 3+ different corporate case managers contract managers everything I do not know what to do where to go who do you talk to you because they are clearly just trying to ignore me and push me to the side push me to the side this is absolutely ridiculous this is absolutely ridiculous I am so appalled and I have nothing but bad things to say about this is entire establishment and everyone that works for it I feel so lied to so betrayed and I would not recommend this to anyone I will continue to fight to get a full refund because I do not even want to ever hear the name Ideal Image ever again.

I purchased Ideal Image on 08/10/2022 for derma fillers and laser hair removal My laser hair removal appointment was scheduled for 08/16/2022 @ 12:40 pm I received a email stating my appointment is scheduled. My Advance filler appointment scheduled for 08/16/2022 @11:00 am.

On 08/16/2022 I arrived for my appointments @ Ideal Laser 5400 Brodie Ln Suite 280 Austin Tx 78745 phone 512-891-**** and was told my appointments was auto canceled, I have email for each appointment stating "appointments has been scheduled". There was nothing front desk could do to squeeze me in to perform services Advance Fillers guaranteed during sales time of purchased. They wanted to squeeze me in only for Laser hair removal but not Advanced filler 08/16/2022 @ 11:00 am nor can they help in issuing me a refund. Front desk supplied phone to call for refund 1-80*-***-**** .

I called spoke with Aaron who opened a refund case#00188136. I was told to allow 15 business days for decision. Decision is Ideal Image canceled my appointments and want me to wait a whole 15 business days for a decision.I have notified my credit card companies to despite refund
