POOR CONSTRUCTION WORK ON BATHROOM REMODEL!
This problem occurred in 2015, but was not discovered until recently when I was looking under my home. Found a massive water leak that would occur during showering! The plumbing was improperly installed and had a LARGE Broken piece on the Drain Boss and NO FORM or Caulking was used! The Drain was improperly connected and all the broken garbage was left under the insulation and fell out of the old insulation. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but as usual nothing was accomplished with this bogus organization and NO Negative comments were placed on the business! Therefore, no one checking the BBB will ever know about this situation. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office for consumer affairs, but nothing has been done there either. This company should be avoided at all costs! I know I will never do business with this company again!
Preferred solution: Some form of Compensation for the SHODDY Work performed! $500 would be good, so I can hire a professional company to fix this company's bad work.
