- - Kranthi lacks business ethics and makes excuses about payments.
- - He bypassed my company, took a consultant, and vendors distrust staffing firms.
Kranthi has no business ethics and always give some reasons and stories when asked about payments and he does not meet the percentage he promised to vendors and employees too. In one case he bypassed my company and took away my consultant from my company.

Be aware of this cheater Kranthi, He never pays employees on time. I myself had to suffer because of this consultancy.He cannot place quick,very bad marketing team and has no clientele .
Waste working with him,he even has bad relations with other vendors. I need to get around 6000 more from my last job,came to know that he owes money to many employees. He gets all the employees though his contacts and doesn't even place them.
The biggest complaint many have is he assures people on one technology and markets on another. purely waste of time.He doesn't even attends employee calls in peak times when in need.
He is the President, one or two marketing team (He does say that), but he does most of the marketing. You will never know how much Client Pays to Kranthi.
He just says X, and we follow that. Ideatech is such a fuckup!
