There is no emergency number to call when the bank is closed and somebody (hacker) takes $3,000 out of your account. When that happens there should be someone to get on it immediately. I have to wait until bank is open tomorrow. That was my life savings. How am I supposed to pay my rent now??

User's recommendation: Set up a hotline. Get on theft immediately.
