Rental car company is closed
Booked car on ID90 website. Made pick-up time 6pm.
Upon arrival, the rental car facility was closed. ID90 NEVER informed me of the rental facility being closed at a certain time.
So, Im stuck in downtown Boston with no way to rent.

The agent was Amazing. He is going to work with the property for cancellation and in best hopes to receive a refund.

Help finding a cruse
Well it told me to hit 2 if i dont want to wait on the phone and i would recive a call back when it was my turn i did it kept saying tjat over and over with no call back

Glitch with booking passes, when I try to book a one-way trip that includes a connecting city. It does not allow me to book it with one Buddy Pass.
It makes me book it with two Buddy Passes and I'm being told that it should not do that. Please help me.

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to request help with a recent standby booking I made as a Qantas employee. On 21/06/24, I booked a one-way ticket from Sydney to Lahore for travel on 22/06/24.
Unfortunately, during the initial booking, the payment was charged but the ticket was not issued.
Consequently, I made another booking and completed the procedure successfully.
The confirmed booking reference is 6XOK5L and the ticket number is 217-234****292.
Could you please check if there are two bookings under my name and arrange for a refund for the duplicate booking? I can only see one booking in the MYIDtravel app.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
When calling never can speak directly to customer service, always voice, bad customer service. I stay on the phone I punched 2 for call back always return to the beginning of the message.

Hard to get ahold of. No understanding hard to work with. They're customers service doesn't really communicate over the phone its not a timely responses via email either.
