Location went out of business and I did not receive the services I paid for
I can't figure out how to get a refund for services not rendered that show they don't expire, and the location I went to closed with no information. I tried calling and emailing Icryo headquarters, but their support page is under construction, and they offer no way to reach them outside of an address.
User's recommendation: Stay far away! They tell you services don’t expire and then go out of business and leave you hanging with trying to figure out hours to get your money back.
