MY COMPANY IS T-N-T CONSTRUCTION LLC FROM ELKRIDGE MARYLAND. I JUST FINISHED ANOTHER MODULAR FROM ICON LEGACY , I FOUND THE STAFF,SALESMEN,AND OWNERS TO BE GREAT .

IVE BEEN DOING MODULARS OR SYSTEM BUILD HOMES FOR TWENTY YEARS , THIS HOME MATED TOGETHER GREAT , BETTER THEN IVE HAD BEFOR ,. THERE WERE SOME MATERIALS SHORTED SHINGLES , DRIP EDGE ,NAILS , LITTLE THINGS BUT WITH ONE PHONE CALL THEY SAID I COULD PICK THE MATERIAL UP AND THEY WILL PAY FOR IT, OR THEY WOULD GET IT TO ME . THE WALLS,CEILINGS CABNETRY, ALL WERE GOOD THERES NOBODY MORE ANEL ABOUT THERE HOUSES APPERANCE THEN ME , ITS GOT TO BE CORRECT IF I NEED TO ADD SOMETHING THAT WASENT BID FOR TO MAKE IT LOOK BETTER I WILL . I DONT THINK THE SALESMEN WOULD BE CASUISTRY TO ANYONE ,ICON GIVES THE BUILDER THE CHANCE TO WALK HOMES AND CHECK CONTENT WITH A CHECK LIST BEFOR EXCEPTING AND THIS IS YOUR BUILDERS JOB NOT ICON.

IT IS INCREDIBLE FOR ME TO BLEIVE NO ONE WILL SPEAK TO YOUR SALESMEN WHEN THEY CALL.THEY ALWAYS ANSWER ME .THE BUILDERS ARE NOT A PART OF ICON.PEOPLE NEED TO OPINE .NOT TO MISAPPLY BLAME ON THE WRONG PEOPLE THERE JARGON AND IRONY STATEMENTS TOWARDS THE WRONG PEOPLE ARE HARMFUL .

IV BEEN WITH MY SALESMEN FOR 15YEARS , AND HAVE SPOKEN TO THE OWNERS OF ICON EVERY TIME I CALL FOR THEM THIS COMPANY HAS IT TOGETHER .

Icon is a joke they forget to come back to fix things that they promise it will be done they forgot my vanity so they finally bring it and just sit it in my bathroom they don't set it or anything I have granite guy coming and can't do anything till they come back someday kitchen cabinets r all messed up maple that I paid extra for now can't get a return phone call to even find out if and when they will be back to fix all the *** that is wrong

As above I filed a complaint with the BBB they told the BBB the complaint was settled they sent the money to the builder

Who is no longer in business.

I called the builder who said he did not receive any refund for me from Icon and that they owe him money from the sale.

Plus when looking at the home they said If my daughter and I

both purchase a home they would give us $1000 she purchased a home a week later.

This company makes promises to get the sale has shabby set up crews who do not have extra supplies nor money to purchase them so the homeowner pays with the promise of getting it back from Icon.

Siding damage and other problems It took over 6 months to get some of the major repairs fixed it is like pulling teeth once they get your money they don't know you SO DO NOT PAY THE ENTIRE BILL UNTIL SATISFIED HOLD BACK AT LEAST $5000.

I also did not receive a Home Owners wqarranty

it's been 2 years and I haven't received the refund yet. If they need a stamp I will send them ne. There excuse is they don't know who to send the chceck to.

My daughter also purchased from them and was promised a $3000 rebate if she added a 2 car garage she never seen the rebate and she has the paper work showing the rebate.

The set crew they used on my home were a bunch of Mexicans who just slaped things together shingles are not alligned nothing meshed for an even fit everything they put together was a nightmare. The building inspector said he never seen anything this bad.

I would never recomend them to anyone.

My cousin just bought a modular from another company he looked at Icon but I convinced him to go else where with the pictures I showed, his fit together no problems it went together like a puzzle.

So again Beware of their sharade.

Home arrived with damaged siding, holes cut in living room walls bed room wall and bed room and hall ceiling, trim not completed in living room and bed room, joint off by 1 1/2" , over paid by $364 no refund, set crew hammered hole in the upstairs floor. promised a $1000 rebate for getting another customer.

Icon will not talk on the phone they refer everything to the builder. The builder said he placed an order for the repairs but nothing is being done.

Bottom line don't buy from Icon if you don't pay all the money until you're satisfied or they won't know who you are.

I cannot seem to delete my complaint so i will bring everyone up to date.

After meeting with Icon reps they agreed to fix things they are responsible for. Most of the problems are from the set crew some of these cannot be corrected nor are structural.

I am happy with Icons approach in settling this matter and am confident they will they will be available if needed in the future.

Icon modular Homes are constructed better then most modular homes. They are sincere in making their customers happy. They proved this by driving three and half hours to meet with me to settle my complaint.

Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes is a family run company. If your looking to build a new home don't waste your time looking at them. The quality is very poor the service after you get a home is even worse.

They started out as a better then average company but as the origial company founders, management and investers were forced to leave the company things have gone down hill fast.

I don't know why you would invest all the time and money to start a company then hire a bunch of dip *** from other companys that were in trouble because of the same individuals.
