Resolved: Mistreatment from app support

Tech support did respond and fix the problem. There was a misunderstanding of information that was cleared up.

I have used the icollect app for close to 7 years. I have almost 5000 entries. In March if 2021 thier tech support moved my database to thier new updated up. No 4 months later they will not allow me to make any new entries. Been going back and forth for days. They accused me if using the wrong app for 7 years. Very sarcastic. I paid for the program several years ago. I just can't look back past 2018 in my records. I feel im being mistreated and unfairly charged for and app i bought and used since 2016. Please look into this and see how they are treating me.
