Hi, Kindly understand that we iCliniq is a medical second opinion platform where doctors can diagnose your condition, suggest treatment options, and suggest medications. What we provide on the platform is only a suggestion.

Not all drugs can be prescribed online. Please consult a local physician if you are looking for a prescription because the cross-country prescription will not be valid. We would like to fix this.

Refund

The customer service representative answered the phone as if it was a personal call. They just said hello and didn't introduce themselves as an iCliniq employee or give their name. They were very hard to understand, and they displayed an attitude of not really caring about the nature of my call. All they said was to wait another 2-4 business days to hear back from another member of their team to speak to them about a refund. It was pretty clear that this person just didn't care about their job responsibilities.

User's recommendation: I recommend not even using this service to begin with. They don't promote that they are a second opinion service, and that they can't prescribe or do much diagnosis. A total waste of time and money.
