- - A retention wall sits 5 ft from my property line and the project isn't finished.
- - Mud from rain covers drainage; I escalated to the city for resolution.
I live in {{Redacted}}. Yesterday a retention wall was built in a house that is built 5 ft from my property line.
With the recent rains, All the mud has ran out and is over my property covering my drainage. The project has not been completed and with all the rains this is creating damage to my property.
This is unacceptable. I escalated the issue to the city for resolution.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: ICI and the city inspector came on June 16, 2023 and said that they were going to resolve the issue However a week has passed by, the rains continue flooding my property and there is no activity to resolve the issue while the conditions continue to deteriorate my property. I had to hire help to remove mud from my property
