Difficulty registering Bonus Card

Spent 3+ days trying to register card and even after speaking with Customer Service and lady agent Sharon sending me an e-mail inc. link I was still unable to proceed as there was a technical glitch which had resulted in the system being shut down !!

Appreciate Im in my 80s but having shopped at Iceland and subsidiaries since they started it is frustrating not to be able to complete task - no direct contact back from Iceland

Impossible to simply just register Bonus Card
