Iceland Air has no Customer Service Skills, ZERO!!

I recently had Iceland Air cancel a flight from Dulles to Paris, one layover. Due to mechanical complications, the airlines correctly grounded the plane. But then, the trouble really began - (1) they had no one available at their office to assist with re-booking; (2) they were unable/disinterested in getting the same people out the next day and over-booked the next day without scheduling an additional flight; (3) they still have not responded to assist any of us assistance with claiming a file with our travel insurance. Now waiting over one month for a simple written explanation. Don't use this airline, when i called in to fast track my request, i was treated very rudely and when I asked for a supervisor, the woman HUNG UP? Huh??
