Defective product and unresolved warranty support

Bought Icebounds Endurance Plunge + 1HP Pro Chiller (Order #1238) June 3, 2025 for $2,999.99. We have both warranties Icebounds manufacturer coverage and the extended plan sold with it.
Oct 20, 2025 still in warranty. For nearly a year Icebound has strung me along with endless troubleshooting: filters, hoses, priming, FaceTime after FaceTime. The chiller did not get better. It went totally dead.
~90 seconds, no pressure, shuts off. Every time. Not weak. Not noisy.
Dead. Tub replaced Nov 2025 (held air). June 15, 2026 metal fitting ripped out of the plastic. Tub ruined.
After a year of circles, Icebound still will not stand behind this no refund, no working replacement. Customer service that strings you along for a year and walks away from a dead chiller is not customer service.
Refund or full working replacement. I would not give Icebound another dollar, and neither should you.
