Don't clean your ring. Jewelry poor quality. Customer Service Sucks
I bought a mom ring and gave it to her for mother's day. The ring changed from gold to gray in a month. My mom called ICE.com to speak with customer service rep and they basically said that she could not return the ring. My mom returned it anyway. ICE.com sent the ring to me and clearly the ring was ruin. The ring looked like it was 100years old and not 1month old. It is completely black. Ice.com sent a letter that we there was not anything they can do because she used a cleaning product to clean the ring. The amount of corrosion was unacceptable. Really poor quality when you can't clean your ring. It was a complete waste of money and quite embrassing to give my mom a gift and truly showed how poor quality it was. I felt they could have done something to make a returning customer happy. I guess not. Lu

Ice.com - terrible!
bought this item but never shipped! http://www.ice.com/product/pendants/diamond-pendant-prd_pdx_122701 now fighting with customer service... i can't believe how terrible this company has been. I have been speaking with customer service reps but they will not give me their name and will not escalate to a manager. I am considering filing a BBB complaint and then they will know I mean business. It seems as though getting anyone to care about a customer is a totally fruitless exercise. Companies should know they can't treat their customers like this or they will come to pissed consumer and let everyone know!!

This company sells garbage as jewlery, the stones are decent but the metals don't hold up
I ordered a ring that when I received it I loved it. However a week later the stone fell out, they replaced it and apologized it then happened again 4 x instead of taking the blame for their jewelry being made very cheaply they put the blame on me. I am very distraught with this company every time I have to send it back I have to pay money and wait it's ridiculous. They have offered nothing for my patience and time, except blame, be careful, because you do get what you pay for. This jewelery site is ice.com and they claim to offer expensive well made jewelery at a fraction of the price this is not correct beware of this site.
