Less than one year old ice maker broke. They sent me a dented replacement.
Not dented by the courier but dented before they packaged the item. You'd think they'd just send me a new one and let me return the messed up one......NOPE. A whole new case has to be opened because they consider this a new machine. RIDICULOUS Just called and was told that I HAVE to wait for their response.
This had been going on for 6 weeks for a 100$ ice maker.......I had to pay 30$ to return the original broken one.
Lesson learned......I should have waited until the year was up and dealt with the extended warranty that I bought. Would have been so much easier!!!!

I purchased a Della counter top ice maker from Overstock, sold from One Big Outlet. The product was received defective.
I contacted both Overstock and One But Outlet. Overstock didn't have the decency to respond, but One Big Outlet did with absurd request which was to video the problem, after a detailed message explaining the problem. Then I would still have to wait until they receive it beck and inspect it b4 issuing another one or a refund. We still haven't gotten to that point yet because.
I haven't received a return packing label. This process, the service is OUTRAGEOUS!

Our 14 year old commercial office ice machine failed. I ordered one from PC Richards. One month later it was installed. One week later it no longer worked. One month later service recommended replacing all electronic parts. I refused and demanded a new ice machine. One month later it was installed. Two weeks later the second ice machine also had an electronics failure. I demanded my money back. Two months later the second ice machine was removed. Six weeks later PC Richards only partially refunded some of the $2,700+ cost of the ice machine. Will I ever purchase from them again - *** NO! Morristown, NJ
