Absolutely disappointed

Checking status of order

Its been 5 weeks still havent receive a tracking number i email customer service numerous times just for them too reply back an say it takes 4/6 weeks an they will keep me posted when a tracking number is available i purchase July 3rd an still nothing.

i order july 8 still nothen no reply to my emails still havent receive a tracking number i email customer service numerous times just for them too reply back an say it takes 4/6 weeks and they will let me know when it would be shipped out . im upset because this should have been sent out. email me back so i know whats going on
