Amazing experience with customer service
Ice cream arrived melted, due to shipping issue. Customer service offered to send a replacement.
That arrived melted too. Customer service then overnighted me a second replacement, and it arrived perfectly.
Truly amazing customer service. It may have all been shippings fault, but they backed up their product and went above and beyond to make sure I finally received my order.

Poor business practices
I placed an order they charged my card and halfway through the week I contacted them requested status of my order.
A week later they contact me telling me the stuff is not in stock.
I inform them to refund my money. They respond days later stating they would.
Two days later I've still yet to be refunded.
Very poor business practices.
Not to mention, I will never deal with them again after this first time experience
