Poor business practices

I placed an order they charged my card and halfway through the week I contacted them requested status of my order. A week later they contact me telling me the stuff is not in stock. I inform them to refund my money. They respond days later stating they would. Two days later I've still yet to be refunded. Very poor business practices. Not to mention, I will never deal with them again after this first time experience
