Arrogant and sarcastic postmaster
Put mail delivery on hold with a resume date of "will call"since dates for out of state family funeral were not firm. Was advised by clerk to do so was ok. Upon picking mail up I was lectured by PM on regulations and it was my fault. Very arrogant and loud in front of other patrons. I was PM for sixteen years and never addressed a postal customer in public when a problem existed. Other problems with POBox up,time. Has now increased to 11:00 posted time. On most days the time up is 12:00 and on two days after 1:00 pm.Everything is Ft Worth fault of getting mail to PO late, not enough help or hrs.I guess my years with the postal svc makes me a little sensitive to being talked down to. Run a survey of businesses and customers in 7608 area and you will get an ear full.
