Ordered a turn buckle for my Morrison concrete screed. I was ordering from Morrison directly and somehow was rerouted to I buy stores when entering my payment.
Emailed that I didnt get my part. They emailed back that it takes manufacture 5 to 7 days to ship.
3 weeks still no part. Yall need faster service or im guessing your company wont last.

I ordered parts for a Mi-t-m pressure washer took two months to get unacceptable very unacceptable,when I called it was always parts on the way I will email you a tracking after checking tracking all it said was tracking provided.That company needs to get a grip.

I have been trying to get repair parts for my RGC Pro400 ladder hoist for 1 month. Ibuystores is a part distributor for RGC.
However, they do not have a diagram with parts listing on their website. So I used the parts list that came with the hoist. Not all parts are delineated on installation manual. 4 out of 5 parts I ordered were incorrect.
I called back and talked to Matt at Ibuystores who contacted RGC and ordered a 2" roller set. No tracking information supplied. These came yesterday and were also incorrect. Today I called and was told by Matt to contact the company directly since he had no parts list or diagram.
I don't think that will work since RGC doesn't sell directly to public. On top of that he would not give me an RMA to return the $150 incorrect parts.
Time to do a charge back. Disappointed

Worst EVER!!!!!
Placed my order for what their internet search said was the correct part, unknown to me it redirected me to the wrong item. When I called them to return it I found out it will cost me $20 for restocking/return fee plus shipping charge.
My total was roughly $26 to purchase & ship, I just gave them my money for nothing. This place is a scam BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I placed my goods with Ibuy, they are happy to take goods. It’s been 6weeks and I still haven’t receive money.
Every time I call them, the person who’s dealing with my account happend to be on meeting.

The company generously offered to refund the entire amount of my purchase even though I was only asking for the amount of the over price. I am satisfied and will give them another try.
I AM PLEASED TO REPORT THAT IBuyStores contacted me and refunded the entire amount of my purchase in order to make things right and reconcile with me. The management person who contacted me said 'they don't do business the way I was handled'. I take him at his word and will give them another try the next time I need merchandise.
AFTER SEEING MY CREDIT CARD CHARGES FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASE I CHECKED PRICING AND FOUND THEM TO BE ABOUT 30% ABOVE THE MARKET. WHEN I ASKED FOR A CREDIT THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS AN UNLUCKY CUSTOMER WHO WAS STUCK PAYING THE HIGH PRICE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD REDUCED THEIR PRICING.
WHEN I TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER NO SERVICE DEPT. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO ONE IN ANY KIND OF MANAGEMENT POSITION THAT I COULD TALK TO. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE OVER PRICED, NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED AND INDIFFERENT ABOUT SERVICE. THEY ALSO DON'T MAKE IT CLEAR WHEN YOU ARE BUYING SOMETHING BY MEASURE.
SO YOU ORDER THE ITEM THINKING YOU WILL RECEIVE A PART THAT WILL FIT WHAT YOU NEED AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE INSUFFICIENT. WHAT IS REALLY ABUSIVE IS THE PRICE FOR A PARTIAL PART IS THE SAME AS A FULL MEASURE OF MATERIAL FROM A COMPETITOR.

Dishonest Regardiung Availability
I ordered a fireplace insert part from ibuystores.com because they told me the part was IN STOCK and would be delivered in FOUR DAYS. I could have ordered it elsewhere for less money but needed it ASAP.
It has now been almost three weeks and I have not received the part. I contacted CS twice by phone and by email. They did not respond to my last email. They told me when I called again that it is backordered, and would be at least another week.
So up until this last call they kept promising me the part would be delivered in a couple days from when I inquired, and never stated before this that the part was not in stock but was backordered. The CS department therefore lied to me and will never order from them again.

I have recently placed an order from www.constructionparts.com for a Norton Clipper Conveyor Cart Complete with Wheels. The salesman that I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgable with helping me figure out the exact part that I needed for my unit.
I provided him with my model number and we were able to get my part ordered and shipped out that same day.
I was very pleased to have received this item in a timely manner and I could not be happier with my experience. I will definitely be ordering from this company again and I would recommend them to friends and family who need parts for their units as well.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY: I ordered grill parts for my Vermont castings grill. Confirmed the original grill part numbers with the very pleasant associate on the phone. Inquired about the return policy,which and I quote "no problem so long as the parts have not been used, you would just pay for return postage" my package arrived on time and in good condition. However, the grill grates were not the porcelain coated cast iron that I ordered, but standard cast iron generic grill grates that(that I could have gotten off Amazon for half the price) another ordered part sent was not even the correct part. Finally the last part was the correct part however, almost twice the cost of Amazon.
Now the return policy: I will mention that the return policy is clearly stated on their webpage. If I had not called in the order, and had been using the website I would not have placed a purchase with ibuy. I called and spoke with a sales associate to get a return label. I was rerouted several times, call was dropped twice...finally someone said he would authorize my return and send me an email with instructions. That's where they get you. 25% RESTOCKING FEE and you pay ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. Now remember they send the wrong parts ( I'm just trying to return 2 of the incorrect parts) Don't bother trying to get them to admit their mistake and accept the return on the incorrect items. You just get a standard email stating sorry for the inconvience, but our return policy is clearly stated on our webpage...which I have attached for your convience to this email"
TERRIBLE business practice. I have $170 worth of the WRONG parts and it will cost me $60+ dollars to rerun them

Horrible customer service. We were sent the wrong parts and now it is going to cost us $30 more to get the same priced parts from them or $70 if we choose to get them somewhere else!!! Never have I had to deal with *** like this!!!
Bad Quality and the Worst Quality Servies
Bought the cutter block and just used one time, it is broken and even broke the other good one, which totally affected our work and slowed down our project. Called for customer services sent the evidence, but wait forever, won't like to help and take the responsibilities.
Asked for the answer, just gave the bad attitude and said sorry that you were shopping here. How can the customer services staff say something like that. The customer services staffs are not well trained at all. This store refuse to ship the replacement.
Just blamed the responsibility to its supplier.
The worst shipping experience ever! Don't shop this store.
Vermont Castings parts
Ordered parts for my Vermont Castings Grill, dealt with Paul and Darrel and both guys were excellent. I ordered 4 burner plates for $60 US, less than half the price I found in Canada.
It only 3 business days however that's where the story takes a turn. Would strongly recommend that if you are Canadian and place an order, make sure they send the package through the mail...UPS added an addition $50 to my package upon delivery...and I'm not very happy about it!!
Not sure who should have told who...iBuy did indicate that Canada Customs would collect tax and duty and would charge me...but holy moly!!!

Ibuy Stores was great
I had to order parts for my Vermont Castings grill and all I had to guide me was a few part numbers that to me meant nothing. I called Ibuy and asked a sales specialist named Paul a million questions and even though I thought it was hopeless I ended up getting everything I needed for my grill in about a week which made my husband very happy.If it was up to him we would grill almost everyday Ive recommended them to my mother in law who used them for parts for her grill and they are the reason we had our big family memorial day party.. Hi Jason, Thanks again for the feedback. Bartell does not sell directly to the public and has parts distributors like us to help get them to you.
I do understand your frustration as we must get these from the Bartell Morrison factory and they do not make these items. They are delayed in getting and your order was delayed as well. We are all, it seems, at the mercy of their suppliers.
We see your order was finally delivered and we did pass your feedback on to the factory in the hopes that they can "speed things up" on future customer part orders. Have a wonderful week and sorry again.
