Just thought I would let everyone know to watch out of . They help you create and host apps for Android. I have used them for about 4 years. They used to be ok, in that if any fees were taken for ongoing hosting of an app due to their auto-renew feature and you let them know straight away they would refund the money. I also asked them when this happened a year ago to turn this feature off. On 25th February they took a whole years hosting for an app that I no longer require about $288 I let them know within 2 hours of the renewal that I did not want this app to be renewed and had previously asked for them to stop all auto renews, they advised me to delete the app and now say I would be billed after the end of hosting! I explained that I did not require the app and they are basically steeling my money for hosting I do not require that they can just turn off! After a long online chat where their virtual assistant was very rude (I'll copy below!) they offered to hold the fee for another app, I explained that this was not acceptable and they eventually said they would refer the matter to their billing department. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Not a trustworthy company just look at the online chat below...BEWARE!
