I emailed them, and they never responded.

I am not going to trust this company. THEY'RE A SCAM.

I ordered a new toothbrush on September 3rd and it’s 18 September and I haven’t received it yet.The money was taken from my account on September 4.

The money was taken from my account on September 4 for a toothbrush and the person I sent it to hasnt received it yet.Ive tried calling your customer service number and all I get is a recording.its 18. I ordered a replaceable pump lid for my 19-ounce jar of Ceravie, which I was told was available and sent to me. The lid did not fit as it was too large.

In asking for a refund and a return, I was given a list of instructions, that is, procedural refund hoops to jump through in order to possibly get a refund. The process is far too complex and my time is worth a lot more. Besides, taking a photograph of the item to show how inaccurate it was would be ludicrous as there is no way to sufficiently show that the lid was too large for the jar.

A photograph of it would just show the lid sitting on top of the jar; it's pretty hard to determine size from that. I guess I will just have to take the loss as this company is difficult to work with, in my opinion.

Hello I just want to share my experience with IBspot, I recently ordered a foreign product where I only see it here available, even in Amazon or Walmart is not available, anyway, I tried to make sure that I inputted my card and information correctly because I dont want to experience any delay with my shipping, After a day of processing my order i received an email about statement descriptor, which I don't have any idea what it is, and someone called me after an hour, its a representative from IBSpot, calling and asking about the statement descriptor, I told the representative what was that and she explain it to me very well, but I want to make sure that I was not being scammed or what I do my own research about the statement descriptor and I was so amaze that they have this kind of security on the process its making sure that the transaction is authorize and secure, after that of course I dont want to be complacent specially it was my first time ordering with them, as per the website it'll take 5-7 days of shipping so I ask for the order ID, since i provided already the statement descriptor and they have given it to me, but order id is different with tracking number of the order, and I was given that after 3 days of waiting and I have received the item 10th day after I placed the order, so overall its a great experience, although it was 3 days delayed but I guess that is because I was not giving them the Statement descriptor, May If I have given that as early as possible I have received the item with the said shipping estimate days.

I have ordered supplements that I needed for my trip. Even though it was late, I received them in a timely manner.

My trip is in two weeks, yet I received them three days before my trip. Now, I'm worry-free. What I loved about it is the consistency of the customer representative who assisted me. Their hotline is always busy whenever I call them, but I learned that they answer quickly via email.

Instead of the phone, you can leave a voicemail and they will reach out to you on the same day.

However, I much prefer email as it is much more convenient. Kudos.

I love how customer service assist me on my order, I was very scared ordering online, its my first purchase and although they never answer to my call, they reached me back right away I guess they having a full volume of customer, but nevertheless they called me back and provide status of my order they even email me the same day.
