Error message for one channel
Channel POP will no longer play, always get an error message asking to retry or back or new source. It has always worked
The customer service telephone number provided you never get to talk with someone and when you do, they don't speak English and say you have the wrong number.

Issue Not resolves
I purchased soul player initially when it came time for me, too pay The recurring fee I paid, but the soul player would not activate.
The system showed the payment was made, and the subscription was extended, but it did not show on my TV.
Ive been trying to reach customer service to get this issue resolved with no real response.

all three of my televisions were working. And the two downstairs stopped working after the second day. The one upstairs is still working. But I cannot get the app on the TV downstairs.
I cant put the app on my iPad.
It says I have five devices but Ive only used three. And two of them are not working!
