IBM Credit Union Check posting policy.

Hi, they have the very unusual practice to post checks after all incoming debts are paid, although the balance shows money available at time of deposit, I had dealt with several other banks and checks are always posted before debts for long time account holders (Is another issue in banking for ACH credits, normally posted after all debts, only few second after, but enough to charge you, but never experienced with checks, always posted first). Customer service sucks, they are on another planet for the worse, have same employees for years and they act like they will have job for the rest of their lives no matter how rude or slow they are. I will move my account to one of the other banks, as a credit Union they make the big banking system looking as the friendly giant. They should be sued for their check posting policy. Stay away.

They are nice to your face than stab you in the neck. They straight up lied to me!! I was behind in payments and they told me if I turn in my car they would give me 10 days to get up to date. 1 day letter I got a certified letter saying I can only get the car back if I payed 17500.They shouldnt say 1 thing and do another especially. Very unprofessional!!

IBM SE Credit Union is Discriminatory

this credit union is in practice of discrimination. They refused to make a legal name change to my accounts, citing the Patriot Act, even though I provided a marriage certificate, which has been acceptable by the federal government from passport office to Social Security, as well as every other bank and agency I have done this with. They continue to insist that the Patriot Act requires them to NOT accept same-sex marriage because the Patriot Act say as much. If this was the case then the federal government would not be accepting these same documents for federal benefits and more.
