WORST TIME AT IBIS PARIS. ACCOR SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Below is the email I've sent multiple t During the whole period of my stay me and my friends have had problems. We are a group of 3 people and had reserved a triple room. All the problems we had are listed below. - 4th of April: We got here at 7h in the morning and couldn't receive our room because it was too early for check in. That was ok and we decided to pay for it at this time, leave and come back in the evening to get our room. We got back at 21h and found out our room was not available anymore. It was apparently given to another person because the hotel was full and we had to be reallocated to two double rooms.We only received the two double rooms at 23h. The process of receiving a room took 2 hours, late in the evening, and we had to wake up early the next morning.The receptionist who gave us the rooms told us, as we waited that we were LUCKY that the people in the two double rooms we received had left early, because if they had not, we would have no room at all and the hotel wouldn't know how to solve this problem.One of the rooms we received had a broken shower door. The receptionist told us that while she was cleaning the room, the door fell over her and it almost was a serious accident because the door is very heavy; Her advice was to 'take care' with it, as for the door not to fall on us and cause great injury. She also mentioned that the door has been probably like that for several days and was not fixed. The problem on the door was visible: Both joints that connect it to the wall were broken.In separate rooms, with 2 hours of delay and the fear of having a heavy glass door falling over us, we went to sleep.- 5th of April:We had to leave early in the morning and the hotel staff asked us to leave our luggage in the luggage room, in order to have a triple room when we got back.We came back at 1h30am (mid of the night) and had to explain to the different receptionist why we were there asking for a room. He spoke a very poor english and it took half an hour to explain the situation, for him to find the notes the previous receptionist left and give us the room.We got into the room and found out we only had 1 towel. I came back downstairs and asked for new ones (this was already past2amAs we prepared to sleep, my friend got up to the single bed to find out the sheets of the bad were completely dirty. They had several stains on them, and looked absolutely disgusting. We were so fed up with everything that happened, and so tired, we decided to just sleep the three of us in the double bed and complain in the morning. All of our period in the hotel was filled with problems, every piece that could go wrong went wrong, and most of the time it could have been avoided. Right now, we have had a horrible experience here, which set us in a situation that ruined our mood for the trip.
