LET ME FIRST SAY THAT MY FAMILY HAS BEEN IN TH AUTO BUSINESS FOR 40YRS..........WE ARE ALL HONEST AND ARE TAUGHT NOT TO LEAVE ANY CUSTOMER UNHAPPY AN UNSATISFIED.........I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DEALER DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS........AND NOTE.....I WAS DEALING WITH THE OWNER OF THS *** DEALERSHIP.....THE *** OWNER(WESLEY)!!!!!!!!
I WAS WILLING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM FROM 2000 MILES AWAY AN HAD SPENT ALOT OF TIME ON THE PHONE WTH THEM MAKIN THIS DEAL.........I DO THIS ALL THE TIME AN THERE ARE A LOT OF HONEST PEOPLE OUT THERE.........THESE *** ARE NOT HONEST!!!!!! MY CUSTOMER IS A SINGLE MOTHER.....WORKS HARD......HAD A VERY NICE TRUSTING DEAL SET UP WITH THEM.......READY TO SEND DEPOSIT.........WAS LOOKING FOR A FLIGHT OUT THERE SO I COULD GO AN PICK UP THE VEHICLE FOR HER.......SOMEONE ELSE MADE THEM AN OFFER WHILE WE WERE MAKING ARRANGEMENTS.....AND THEY BLATENTLY PUSHED HER AN HER FAMILY ASIDE WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE *** OWNER AND SOLD THEM MY CUSTOMERS CAR......SHE WAS CRUSHED.........I DIDNT ONCE USE BAD LANGUAGE BUT THAT *** OWNER(WESLEY) DID CAUSE I WAS CALLING HIM OUT........AND HE KNEW IT!!!!!!!
PROOF OF HIS *** METHODS ARE THAT HE TALKS OVER YOU AND CONSTANTLY INTERRUPTS ANYTHING YOU ARE TRYING TO SAY..........HE AND THE STAFF HAVE NO *** CLUE HOW TO SELL CARS.............THEY ARE IN TEMPE WHERE THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE AN ARE PROFITING FROM THE GOOD NATURE OF THAT COMMUNITY...........DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE THAT DONT GIVE A *** BOUT U AS A RESPECTFUL CUSTOMER.....!!!!!!!
THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY THAT YOU AN I AND MY CUSTOMERS WORK FOR!!!!!!! HERES THEIR NUMBER....(480-317-****) (480-317-****) (*** OWNER WESLEY) CALL THEM AN SEE FOR YOURSELF.....BUT B CAREFUL.......DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME.....YOU WONT EVER GET IT BACK!!!!!!

A deposit when received, secures the item! It sounds like you spent too much time figuring out what commission you're going to make on your customer and someone more prepared beat you too it. It happens in retail.
Get over it. Whose fault is it really.
Well, looks like I'm going to shop there. This "customer" sounds like an immature baby who didn't even buy a vehicle.
It's called business, get over it.
Next time, try to be faster when you buy something. What a tool.
To set the record straight, there were NO verbal, written, monetary commitments...just lots of fast, wheeling and dealing "broker" talk on your part. You also seem to have forgotten that your approach with us was as "colorful" as your review.
We are accustomed to doing business with civilized and reasonable individuals- your approach from the get-go was demanding, DEMEANING and quite unprofessional- your review reflects this...shame on you! We sell cars all over the world and have countless satisfied customers. People who have done and do business with us know that what you have written is simply nonsense. Thank you though for mentioning our phone number- let people decide for themselves.

I personally bought a car from this dealership recently and am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and honesty. If you wanted the car, then put down a deposit.
Dealerships are first come first served unless their is some kind of payment made beforehand.
They really do make a car buying experience the way it should be.
I don't see how the above person can say their client got ripped off. How exactly did they get ripped off?
