Flight has been rescheduled three times, we have no shuttle to our car, no room to stay in and will not be attending our grandsons baptism

When I unpacked my suitcase I realized that it had been gone through makeup case was ripped open stuff was thrown around the suitcase and my little Box with one of my necklaces was missing

Sitting on the tarmack

It is a beautiful 35 degrees and sunny I have been sitting on this plane on the tarmac for over two hours waiting to depart after a one hour delay in the mke airport. Someone forgot to file the proper paperwork with Mexico so we are unable to depart. Cant they fax the paperwork or email it while we are on our destination. I bet they could get the papers done in the next 3.5 hour flight.
