I don’t get why packaging

I don’t get my packages it’s in Taiwan and if I pay them they can deliver to my home address otherwise I can’t able to get my packages so they charge me $20950usd I live in japan it’s Japanese yan ¥430237 From the date 2023-12-15 so they told me within 2 days and if I don’t pay I will be lost my package and they give me them personal bank account I don’t fill safe

They told me my package hold on in Taiwan and they told me I have to pay $2950usd if I dont pay for this amount I will lose my package I am worried about it so I cant able to pay in 2 days this amount I live in japan so if its ¥420882 jpy so I fill not safe to pay in following banks account so what can I do in this situation please help me sir I am worried about it

Sitting on the tarmack

It is a beautiful 35 degrees and sunny I have been sitting on this plane on the tarmac for over two hours waiting to depart after a one hour delay in the mke airport. Someone forgot to file the proper paperwork with Mexico so we are unable to depart. Cant they fax the paperwork or email it while we are on our destination. I bet they could get the papers done in the next 3.5 hour flight.
