COMPLAIN OF Delivery partner and Noida office
Sir/Mam I was very happy with the service.2 weeks ago I agree I ordered late but before delivery time I got the call and he said he shall be late so cancel the order.At 10.00 some one from your Noida office called and he was Very RUDE. He told me I shall be charged this as fine.I will not pay unnecessarily. If you want to retain me as a customer kindly waive the fine.I dont have any proof.
Preferred solution: Waiver of fine of Rs.459.
