Undercooked, Cash Grab Scam Of A Business

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Not all advertised items are available.
  • - Cookies priced at $2 to $5.
  • - Everything is a paid add-on.
  • - $10 for face paint; reviewer calls it a scam.

Never have everything they advertise; cookies aren't worth $2, let alone $5. Everything is a paid add-on and crazy overpriced.

$10 for a face paint?

I mean, come on. Stay far away from this scammer cash grab company.

Loss:
$26
Cons:
  • False advertising and a cash grab scheme
  • Lies

Preferred solution: Try to get this company to stop being allowed to set up in towns

User's recommendation: Any other cookie company. Shoot even the Walmart doughy cookies are better

AI Highlights
  • - Visited a holiday event in Durango, CO.
  • - The staff were friendly and helpful despite the cold.
  • - Grandkids enjoyed the dinosaur display and large cookies.
Original review updated Dec 05, 2025

I recently visited their event in Durango, CO while in the area for the Holidays. The staff was incredibly friend and helpful (despite the dreadfully cold weather we had that day).

My grandkids, had so much fun and really enjoyed the dinosaur display. Each of the cookies we had were flavorful and I couldn't believe how large they were!

Pros:
  • Family friendly
  • Great service

User's recommendation: Great Experience

Just an awful cookie

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Cookies tasted gritty and sugary; butter-sugar base.
  • - Tried snickerdoodle cinnamon roll, banana cream pie, Oreo brownie fudge; not worth $5.

I went to this truck in Windham, Maine last night and these cookies are not as great as everyone 'claims.' They taste as if the only thing that was done was creaming butter and a full bag of granulated sugar together, put into a cardboard dish and frosted to whatever the choice of cookie you got was. We got a few different types because of the hype behind this; both my kids and I tried the snickerdoodle cinnamon roll, the banana cream pie, and the Oreo brownie fudge and ended up not being able to eat more than a bite due to the gritty texture. Definitely not worth the $5 a cookie in my book.

Loss:
$25
Pros:
  • Definitely make their business
  • Counter staff was friendly
Cons:
  • Cookies were awful

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Your local grocery store probably has a better cookie, cheaper in their bakery department

If you are telling the truth about not eating more than one bite, take the cookies back for a refund.

Doesn't seem worth it enough to me to spend the equivalent of my refund in gas to drive to their next location for a refund personally just sharing my experience from what we received.

People always make excuses as to why they cannot return the food. Sigh. Sad really what people like you do.

Agree. Why claim a loss and write “full refund” as preferred solution if they have no intention of acting on it?

I believe the company has a kid friendly thought in mind. N, the cookies were great. My only thing that I wish they would work on improving is - It was so hot n when the kids got on the small dinosaur

My great grand kids went to sit on the small dinosaurs - pink - n the display of them were so hot. Not cool. Just need to figure out how to resolve that.

User's recommendation: That they have coverage in hot weather for the kids - the small dinosaurs - to take pictures , were so hot - that was not good for the kids to sit on- should figure out a type of cover

Pretty strange to expect a company to be responsible for the weather.

Sheila Yxo

The company needs to improve on coverage for the hot outdoor elements. The small dinosaurs - pink n green.

They were to hot for the kids to sit on. Not cool.

Not what was advertised

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - The box was $25 for five cookies in a small bag; none weighed 8 oz.
  • - Circus Animal cookie just over 6 oz; Buttercream Sugar cookie just over 5 oz.

Their website claims their cookies are four servings weighing a half pound per cookie. My husband buys the box for $25 and comes in with a small bag.

I thought he only bought two but said all five were in the bag. I picked one up and thought there was no way that was a half pound cookie (8oz). I put the cookie AND the packaging on a food scale. NONE of the cookies were 8oz.

They all should have been OVER 8oz with the packaging.

The first cookie I weighed was the Circus Animal cookie, just over 6oz. The Buttercream Sugar cookie was just over 5oz!

User's recommendation: Save your money! They don't seem to be honest.

I hope there aren't eggs in these cookies. We had some yesterday in Bryan OH and they were definitely not baked long enough. Disappointed, was anxious to try these.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Cookies were practically raw, finished trying to bake one after we got home. This helped but don't believe gooey equals undercooked.

Same experience, seemed only partially baked. Cookies far smaller than advertisement presented.

Taxed on them and then guy asks (yes, asked!) for a tip. Then says, "we're from Kansas", as if that was explanation for tip request.

This is the only way you can leave them a review. I placed an order and got home and everything was wrong and the cookies were a mess. I messaged them a polite message and they blocked me immediately.

You dont block a customer when they try to communicate that the order is wrong and the cookies are not good. They were very expensive and have *** customer service and are SO not with the trip out or the money. I pl to contact my bank tomorrow to file a complaint and try to reverse my charge.

User's recommendation: Don’t bother - the photos below are where they blocked me.

The cookies are way to sweet

AI Highlights
  • - Bought the try 9 for $40.
  • - Tried 2 cookies; both discarded.
  • - Overly sweet to the point of sickness with an aftertaste; seven remaining were wasted.

I bought the try 9 for 40 bucks thinking yeah it's a little high but it's the better deal. Me and my son have tried 2 and both we took one bite and threw the rest away.

I understand having some sweetness to it. But when they are overly sweet to the point it's sicking and ur trying to find everything u can to get the after taste and sweetness out of ur mouth that's to much. Let's just say the other 7 went to the trash can as well and wasted the money on them.

And the things they put on for the kids is also a waste. So save yalls time and money unless u wanna feel half way sick to ur stomach on overly sweet cookies.

User's recommendation: Save ur time and money and go else where

Unprofessional and rude behavior!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - We waited outside in the cold by the transformer.
  • - We were told a ticket was needed for a photo, with no apology or support for our autistic son.

Never heard of this company until I saw the transformer standing outside! The worker let me and my kids stand in line in the cold before we got to the front he then decided to tell us we had to purchase a ticket before we could get a picture!

We get in line and people who were in front of us and behind us were taking their picture after we were told we couldnt. I asked why we needed a ticket and they didnt the guy ignored me so I had to ask again. He said they had tickets which was a LIE. I left a comment on Facebook it was deleted, I messaged them directly it was read and never responded too!

I emailed the company and of course they backed their employees! Not even an apology! It was the most disgusting thing Ive ever seen!

No apologies no reasoning or even trying to make it right! My son is autistic and I explained that and still they backed their employees!

I purchased 6 cookies from their trailer in Storm Lake and was told I would get a brownie cookie free. I was told they were out of the brownie cookies.

I wrote the company and they apologized because she said they did not run out of the brownie cookie.

In return she said they would give me a 6 free next time they were in the area. I have asked for 2 months for a response regarding location and they will not respond.

No real flavor just sweet. The reeses chocolate chip was practically just dough that was walked past an open oven. Really disappointed that a 5 dollar cookie was this bad.

Undercooked...

Sweet overload with no real taste.

For the price I expected to have my socks knocked off by these cookies and I couldn't finish my half of the reeses chocolate chip cookie because it was gummy.

I've only tried one cookie of the 6 I bought - the Cinnabon cookie. All I could taste was sugar.

The consistency of the "cookie" part was that of baked sugar: hard, crumbly, and granulated.

It didn't even look like a cookie. I have not tried the others yet, but I am not encouraged.
