Rubbish parts department

Twice ive been told that my parts for hyundai i10 would be here for a certain day and twice i have been told sorry but after some *** excuse i they have told me the part to be delivered the next day ( if I'm lucky ) terrible service

Hyundai have chosen not to help in a potential safety matter

LK03EGF was badly damaged/broken in a car accident, this car was rebuilt with the costs and damage hidden, for all the details go to The driver of this car was at the time of the accident employed as the After Sales Manager and was also over the drink drive limit, he was allowed to keep his job, the Manager of the dealership new all about it as now do the Managing Director and Financial Director of Hyundai UK.
