Hypest Fit - I had reorder my son jacket
I had ordered a jacket for my son the order number is HF58678 I did receive the jacket but it was too small so I sent it back with a note inside and requested an XL in size but I never received the jacket and its been weeks now since I have sent it back.

Lost package

I had ordered a jacket in the past, and it took a little longer than I had expected, but I really liked the jacket. So I ordered another jacket in a different color. Had a completely different experience this time. It has been almost 2 months. I still have yet to receive my package. I've called or attempted to call customer service. There is no customer service! I've emailed numerous times and their response is your package is on its way. When I track the package, its still in China and USPS isn't even an option to track it! It's a complete scam!!

Wrong order number

they did contact me back and said they were on there way to ship out the bomber jacket, but they gave me an order number and tracking number that did not go through. I tried it 5 times...nothing. I know its covid and everything but don't send me an order number and a tracking number that does not work. I paid off the whole amount today through sezzle so I am hoping to hear from them this week with the right order number and tracking number. Thanks Georgia Lugg

WHERES MY NEW TRACKING NUMBER HYPEST FIT, I SPENT $200

HORRIBLE. NO WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE, NO RESPONSE IS VIA EMAIL, NOTHING GOOD CAN COME FROM THAT AS WE KNOW, ONLY SCAMS!! It takes approximately 4 to 8 days for an email response. I ordered 3 items ALL medium. This "medium" could ONLY FIT A CHILD. HYPEST FIT VOWED TO REPLACE ALL WITH APPROPRIATE SIZE, HOWEVER WOULD NOT SEND PROOF OF A TRACKING NUMBER (why would you have to ask, reputable company would supply this basic information to any paying customer). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT. THEY CLAIM ITEMS SHIPPING NATIONALLY.... OK!!! RETURN ADDRESS IS CHINO, AND FURTHER MORE HELD AT CUSTOMS.

Need to Exchange and item is to big

I purchase and item for my 12-year-old son. And I order XL thinking that it was kids size. But its actually way too big is a Man size and I would like to exchange the item for a small size I don't want refund I just wanted to exchange please. Thank you!

Company agreed to send a replacement jacket after they were contacted by the Better Business Bureau

I ordered a blue jacket from Hypestfit for my son. He received a blue jacket from another family member for Christmas so I emailed the company to see if I could change my order from blue to red. It hadn't even shipped yet. After several days I received an email that the jacket had shipped. Immediately after, I received a response to my email stating they do not exchange or return unless the item arrives damaged. I thought I must be reading it wrong! The company won't do any returns or exchanges? So I replied stating that I wasn't wanting a refund, I only wanted to exchange for a different color. Nope. No exchanges. What TERRIBLE customer service! Buyer Beware! If you order and it doesn't fit right, you are just stuck with it. Hypestfit better step up their customer service policies or companies who actually appreciate their customers are going to put them out of business!
